The easiest and most comfortable way to travel between the Capital City of Guatemala and Quetzaltenango is by Pullman bus.  Galgos and Alamo run Greyhound style buses on the daily schedules below.

In Guatemala City - The main terminal is located in the area around 
4 Avenida and 7 Calle, Zona 4.  You can find a bus to anywhere in Guatemala from this location. 

From Quetzaltenango - use the Minerva Terminal, Zona 3 for buses in ALL directions.  Bus Schedule information can be found in most Guidebooks.
